After carefully reviewing our sales and marketing presentation we have an in-depth consultation to determine your needs and wants, what condition your property or house is in, the state of the market, pricing your property strategically, and listing contract terms.

Onboarding
After the listing contract is signed within 24-48 hours we will place signage and a lockbox, coordinate profession photography, coordinate a 3-D streaming tour video, coordinate virtual staging if needed, and get all showing requirements. Then we will launch listing in Bright MLS as “Coming Soon” to excite buyers and agents about the hot new listing coming onto the market! We will also launch your “Coming Soon” property on all social mediums.

Go Live
Your new listing will be published as “Active” on Bright MLS and on Showingtime for other agents to show your property to prospective buyers/their clients. A “Just Listed” e-mail blast and social post will be sent to the database as well as put across all social platforms with adspend.

Prospecting
Prospect daily our database of clients, leads, and buyer agents leaving no stone unturned to find you the perfect and qualified buyer.

Updates
Every seven days you will receive what we call a “Seller Market Report” which shows how many people your property has reached digitally, the feedback on all showings, a new market update based on the neighborhood and surrounding areas of your property, and the second you receive an offer it will be delivered to you within thirty minutes of receipt!
